Checklist:

1. In order to found a Swiss joint-stock company, at least one member of the supervisory board has to be Swiss citizen or has to have the Swiss residential permit B.

2. The supervisory board is paid separately depending upon expenses. The compensation rate is approx. CHF 5,000, - to CHF 10,000, - per year if the board is inactive.

3. Swiss citizens are available via our trustee if necessary; all competences however always remain with the shareholders.

4. There are registered or bearer shares, whether the shareholder wants to be named or not.

5. The company headquarters should for fiscal reasons remain in the canton Schwyz or Zug, but they can be moved at any time to any other canton.

6. The name of the company has to be determined in advance in order to verify the availability in the Swiss register of companies.

7. Also the purpose of the company has to be determined in advance (for existing companies) in order to change the statutes of the existing company .

8. Preliminary talks with EUROWIDE Financial AG and a Swiss trust office are free of charge for a foundation of a joint-stock company.

10. All additional expenses such as fees, notary, advocate, trustee, trade register etc. are included in the foundation respectively take-over cost specified above. Of course we look after our customers even after the foundation of the company.
